For those traveling to American Samoa, the AS Traveler Declaration mobile app is a convenient way to submit the required Traveler Declaration before your trip. Simply follow these steps:
1. Create an account
2. Complete your Traveler Profile (you can create and save additional profiles for anyone traveling with you)
3. Respond to the questions on the Declaration
4. Submit your information
Once you have submitted your Declaration, you will receive a QR code in the app. You will be able to edit your information and responses up until you arrive in American Samoa. Upon arrival, have your QR code ready to present. This will confirm you have already submitted your Declaration and will not have to complete a paper form.
